About the Contributors
Jedidiah Jarrett, Journalist
My ethnicity is Trinidad and Jamaica but I was born in New York City and raised in Brooklyn. I like to listen to music such as Drake, Chris Brown, Future, Brent Faiyaz, Bryson Tiller and Tory Lanez. I go out with my friends and play sports such as basketball and football in my free time. I played for the JV basketball team for freshman and sophomore year. I enjoy traveling and looking forward to more trips in the future. I also am looking forward to learning more about journalism to become a better journalist.

Yooo hope y’all having a good day, I am a Black student at HSTAT and a recent addition to the Hive as a journalist. I am also part of the Black Student Union afterschool program, helping represent the low percentage of Black students at HSTAT. I am also on the Varsity basketball team and averaged about 10 points a game last year on Junior Varsity. I am currently 16 years old and I’m a junior.
