Did Alejandro Garnacho Have the Best Bicycle Kick in the History of Soccer?

With Garnacho scoring a ridiculous goal this past Sunday, I figured we would revisit a heated soccer debate

The Bicycle kick is an acrobatic kick in soccer otherwise known as scissor kick, where a player hits the ball upside down in the middle of the air towards the goal.

The 21st century has brought some of the most legendary bicycle kicks in soccer history.

The players that everyone usually agrees on should be in the Top 5 are Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Gareth Bale and most recently Alejandro Garnacho has been the talk of the soccer community.

Yesterday Garnacho and his team Manchester United played against Everton where in the 3rd minuted of the game Garnacho received a ball from outside of the box where he went up and scored his first ever bicycle kick.

When it comes to big moments like this and scoring a goal of this kind everything comes into play The importance of the game, who scored the goal, The time it was scored etc. Giving Garnachos goal it was one of the best skill wised bicycle kicks ever seen, however it was against a team that is weak and also this just being a regular season game the steaks weren’t as high.

Garnacho’s Goal was amazing, but the debate still continues weather its worth taking the crown for the best bicycle kick ever scored.

Only time will tell soccer is a very unpredictable sport and moments like this are what make it the sport it is and the following it has
