“I definitely think that this generation is more creative I think you guys are constantly looking for ways to project yourselves to the media. With my generation, the Millennials I think we have better executive functioning skills like we understand how to code switch better and we understand the importance of timeliness and the ability to meet deadline and I think those are the big differences between our two generations.”
