It’s art and how you express yourself. The best thing is there is no real wrong or right way because everyone does and uses different things. When it comes to how many of each thing there there are a very big variety. I love showing my art through makeup and it helps me with many things like distraction.

My name is Janelly Gómez and I was born in Brooklyn, New York. A month ago I turned 15 years old, it felt like I was 14 for a long time. I’m a sophomore and I attend HSTAT. I’ve always had a 50/50 relationship with school but I always try. Three words I think can describe me are inclusive, chill, and easy.
I like to distract myself by going out and hanging out with friends. I express myself with art and makeup. I like to be with my family and stay home sometimes because I love my bed and sleeping. My parents are from Ecuador and Honduras. I’ve been to Ecuador twice and I got to visit family and where I’m from. I wish one day to visit Honduras and learn more since I don’t know much about that side of my family.
